RO is required to clarify regarding following:
1. RO has imposed an additional condition that “that the project proponent shall provide the details and document of the land available for disposal of treated wastewater within a period of one month to be utilized as per Karnal Technology,”… However, upon perusal of the online application of the pp, it was observed that the pp has uploaded a copy of affidavit executed for 10 Kanal 5 Marla land for disposal of treated wastewater. As such, RO is required to check the same..
2. RO is required to verify the above said document and mention the adequacy of the said land area for disposal of treated waste water.
3. Further, RO is also required to earmark the said proposed area to be developed as per green area vis-à-vis location of the project..
4. RO is also required to mention as to what shall be the mode of conveyance of the treated wastewater for disposal purpose on the said land area.
In view of above, if approved, the application may be sent back to RO, with the request to clarify regarding the above mentioned observations within two days, so that further necessary action may be taken in the matter, please.
