The point wise reply w.r.t. the observations made is as under: -
1. Out of the total land, 6 kanal is registered in the name of M/s Jindal Estates and Promoters, while the remaining 16 kanal of land is covered under the Consent Letter issued in favour of Sh. Inderjeet Singh of M/s Jindal Estates and Promoters, Sitasar Road, Sunam. A copy of the same is attached herewith.
2, 3 & 5. The detail regarding calculation of water requirement, consumption, disposal medthodology, as well as the proposal for disposal of solid waste is mentioned in the feasibility report (amended copy attached). Further, the green area earmarked for disposal of wastewater has already been shown and highlighted in the layout plan submitted earlier.
4. In regards to permission from MC Sunam w.r.t. disposal of treated effluent, the copy of the request letter is attached. |
