As such, it is recommended that the Consent to Operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted upto 31.03.2030 for manufacturing of Auto Parts @ 60 Metric Tonnes/Day by using Alloys and non alloys steel Round MS Round, EN8 Round, EN24 ROUND @ 65 Metric Tonnes/Day as raw material, subject to the suitable conditions as per policy of the Board and additional conditions mentioned in attached note please. |
