Sir, as per above report, it is observed that the institute is complying with the provisions of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, as well as the decisions taken during the personal hearing. In view of the above, it is recommended that Consent to Operate under the Water Act, 1974 may be granted to the educational institute for running courses such as B.Tech, MCA, B.Ed, Nursing, Pharmacy, etc., up to 30.09.2029, with supersession of the auto-generated CTOs under the Water Act, 1974, subject to the suitable general and special conditions as mentioned in the previous note pls |
