After perusal the report given by the RO, It was observed that the industry is engaged in bussiness of manufacturing of plastic pipe by using plastic gitta and same was in operation. The industry has provided wet scrubber as APCD to control the emission and same was found in operation. There is no source of generation of trade effluent except domestic effluent and same is being treated through septic and discharge onto land for planation. The industry has also deposited BG amounting to Rs.25000/ as an assurance to comply with environmental Laws ,which is valid upto 31.8.2026.
Hence, the industry is now complying with the consent conditions under the
provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 as well as decisions of personal hearing taken by CEE(B) on 26.08.2025.
Keeping in view of above, it is therefore, recommended as under:-
1. Varied consents to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry upto
04.09.2028 (validity of lease deed) with suitable conditions.
2. Notice issued u/s 33-A of the Water Act, 1974 and u/s 31-A of the Air Act, 1981 may be dropped.
