| Clarification Note: |
It is submitted that the earlier application of the project proponent on PBIP was refused due to following observations:
1. The document submitted by the project proponent does not reflect that it is regarding the Karnal Technology, i.e, it is not clear that how much land has been allocated to the project proponent, whether the same can be developed as per Karnal Technology.
2. The project proponent needs to install UF system with STP and mechanical composter before obtaining consent to operate from the Board.
However, the project proponent has still not submitted the valid supporting documents for the same observations. Therefore, the project proponent needs to clarify regarding the same within 02 days. Until then, the application will be treated as incomplete.
