As proposed, it is recommended that consent to establish (NOC) under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the project for setting up Commercial project for one year with suitable conditions and with special conditions that:- 1. The project proponent shall obtain prior Environmental Clearance (EC) and all requisite regulatory approvals before commencement of any construction activity of the project as when required, failing which, the promoter company shall be liable for action for the violation of EIA notification dated 14/09/2006. 2. The project proponent shall obtain necessary permission regarding extraction of ground water from Punjab Water Regulation and Development Authority, (PWRDA). 3. The project proponent shall obtain 'consent to operate from Punjab Pollution Control Board under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 before the commissioning of project. 4. The project proponent shall obtain necessary permission from the concerned Departments, if required, if any, in future its own level.
