1. We have filled the case against imposed Environment Compensation, to National Green Tribunal wide case filling no. 0701114022442025, which is under consideration. We hereby request you kindly issue Consent to Operate, till the matter under consideration, Once NGT decision come we will comply the same. Copy of case filling Acknowledgement is attached for your refrence.
2. We have already paid the fee for consent to operate during last application, copy of the same is attached for your reference. We are ready to pay the fee difference if any, Please convey the same.
