On scrutinizing the application following observations were raised on the project proponent with request to submit reply within 1 day.
1. The project proponent has submitted rent deed for the establishment of hot mix plant in an area of 1acre. However, as per the rent deed no specific khasra no of 1 acre land has been mentioned, as such the exact location of the site cannot be ascertained. 2. The project proponent has not submitted land use classification certificate from District Town Planner for 1 acre land. 3. The project proponent needs to submit distance certificate as per the new guidelines issued by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change vide notification dated 18.05.2023 regarding the siting criteria of Hot mix plant. 4. The project proponent has submitted distance certificate from Naib Tehsildar Zirakpur, in the said certificate no details of khasra no. as well as area detail has been mentioned. Exact distance of the school/ college is not mentioned. No distance from habitation, temples, Court and tourist spots has been mentioned in the certificate. In the certificate distance from Government Hospital Derabassi has been mentioned, which is required to be mentioned keeping in view all hospitals located within 1 km distance. 5. The project proponent has mentioned bitumen as product, which is incorrect/ not in order. 6. The project proponent is required to inform which type of hot mix plant is to be installed i.e. drum type or batch type. The project proponent is required to submit proposal for installation of air pollution control device as per Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change vide notification dated 18.05.2023.
No reply received from the industry till date.
Hence, the application of the industry is returned. |
