On scrutinizing the application of the project proponent following observations were raised on 28.01.2026 with request to submit reply within 1 day.
1. The project proponent has not submitted land use classification certificate from District Town Planner. 2. The project proponent needs to submit calculation detail of total fresh water requirement, water consumption, wastewater generation (trade effluent and domestic effluent)/disposal. 3. The project proponent has mentioned in the application form that 23 KLD of trade effluent will be used in the process out of which 1.5 KLD will be generated which is not in incorrect/ not in order. The project proponent is required to mention the quantity considering the observations in sr. no. 2. 4. The project proponent has mentioned wastewater generation is ‘0’ and treatment and disposal detail is ‘NR’ in the column of domestic in application form, which is incorrect/ not in order. The project proponent is required to mention the quantity considering the observations in sr. no. 2. 5. The project proponent has not submitted proposal of capacity, technology along with components of the ETP to be installed along with arrangement to be made for scientific disposal of treated trade effluent. 6. The project proponent has not mentioned the cost of land and building in the proposed assets of the project, as such, the adequacy of fee cannot be adjudged. 7. The project proponent has not mentioned air pollution details in the application form.

Hence, the application of the industry is returned. |
