Sir, the PP was given opportunity of personal hearing before Senior Environmental Engineer on 15.01.2026 and during hearing following decisions were taken:-
1. The applications submitted by the industry under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 be returned.
2. The industry shall apply for consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 for the remaining process / machinery alongwith requisite documents and consents fee, within 07 days.
3. The Environmental Engineer, Regional Office, Bathinda shall visit the industry after stipulated time period to verify the submission of industry and to process the consent applications to be applied by the industry, on merits.
In compliance to decision no. 1, if approved the application may be returned with request to reapply the same with complete details and documents please.
