| Clarification Note: |
The application submitted by the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed that:
1. The project proponent has increased its total proposed cost from Rs. 2666 Lakhs to Rs. 3198 lacs. However, the project proponent has not given any detail regarding increased in total proposed project. Further, the project proponent has not submitted any detail whether the above increase is due to expansion in the project. If yes, the project proponent needs to apply for consent to establish (NOC) for expansion from pollution angle under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
2. The project proponent has not submitted proper compliance report of the conditions of the earlier granted consent to establish (NOC) from pollution in annotated form alongwith supporting documents.
3. The project proponent has not submitted complete detail regarding reason for non-completion of project in stipulated time along with the status of installation of plant and machinery/pollution control devices.
It is requested to submit a reply to the clarification within 02 days. Until then, the application will be treated as incomplete.
