After perusal the report given by the RO, it was observed that service station has installed ETP,but the service station has not provided sewer connection NOC from the MC and also not produce any treated water record.Further , the service station has not applied for authorization under HWM rules and not submitted any copy of agreement for the disposal of Hazardous waste.
Hence, the unit is partially complying with the decision of hearing.
If approved, it is recommended that another opportunity of SCN may be afforded to the unit under relevant acts at Zonal ,please.
