After perusal the report given by the RO, it was observed that the industry has earlier obtained NOC for the setting up of non torrified paddy pellets plant and further obtained CTO under green category unit and having validity upto 31.12.2030 under both Acts., Now the industry has applied for obtaining CTO under orange category due to installation of dryer. The industry has installed all machinery at the site along with bag filter house as APCD and also provide septic tank for treatment of domestic effluent. The industry is complying NOC condition granted to it.
If approved, it is recommended that the industry may be granted Consent to Operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 upto 30.09.2030 for manufacturing of Non Torrefied Pellets @5.0 TPH by using Paddy Straw @ 5.68 TPH as raw material with suitable conditions as per Policy of the Board ,in the supersession of earlier granted consent to operate.
