It is submitted that the clarification was raised on the application on dated 28.01.2026, which it is reproduced as under:-
On scrutinizing the case it has been observed as under: 1. The service station has submitted a completion certificate and project report for an Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) of 05 KLD capacity; however, the documents pertain to a different firm at the same address and do not relate to M/s Dada Motor Enterprises LLP, GT Road, Bajaj C-Block, Baba Phool Singh, Amritsar. 2. The service station has not submitted a copy of the permission/approval obtained from the Municipal Corporation Amritsar (MCA). Clarify within 02 days.
But till date no reply has been received in this office.
Application is hereby returned and with request to resubmit the application of above said observations please.
