It is submitted that the clarification was raised on the application on dated 28.01.2026, which it is reproduced as under:-
On scrutinizing the case it has been observed as under: 1. The HCF has not submitted the compliance report of previous consent granted under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974. 2. The HCF has not submitted the agreement of CBWTF. Clarify within 02 days.
But till date no reply has been received in this office.
Application is hereby returned and with request to resubmit the application of above said observations please.
