| Clarification Note: |
While scrutinizing the application, it was observed as under:
1. The pp needs to apply according to the latest category code as per guidelines of CPCB issued vide letter no. CP-18/1/2023-IPC-VI-HO-CPCB-HO dated 12.02.2025.
2. It has been observed that there is change in quantity of raw materials however, production capacity of the unit remains the same. The pp needs to clarify regarding the same.
3. The pp has applied under new consent to operate. However, the pp needs to apply under varied consent to operate as already guided to the pp.
Therefore, the project proponent needs to submit reply to the above-mentioned clarifications within 01 days. Until then, the application will be treated as incomplete.
