The Industry was granted consent to operate under the water act, 1974 and Air act 1981, upto 30.09.2025..
Now, the industry has applied for obtaining renewal of consent to operate under the said acts.
RO has visited the site of the unit and has reported that the industry is complying with the environmental laws..
In view of above and report/ recommendations sent by EE, RO, Patiala, if approved, the industry may be granted renewal of consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, upto 31.03.2027, subject to suitable conditions and conditions as imposed by RO, please.
