| Clarification Note: | The application of the industry was scrutinized and it was observed that:- 1. The consent operate applied by the industry is not as per new categorization of the CPCB vide no. CP-18/1/2023-IPC-VI-HO-СРСВ-НО dated 12.02.2025 2. The industry has not filled effluent consumption as well as generation and disposal in application form. 3. The industry has not submitted approved building plan, site plan and location plan from competent person under factories act. 4. The fixed assets of the industry has been increased from Rs. 300.93 lacs to Rs. 353.31 lacs, however, the industry has not submitted any detail of increase in fixed assets. The industry is required to submit year wise CA certificate and list of machinery incorporated per year installed in its premises. The applicant is requested to clarify the above so that further action in the matter can be taken, please. |
