Keeping in view of above and recommendation of RO, if approved, the marriage palace may be granted consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 for Marriage Palace / Resort of capacity 450 persons per function upto 30.09.2030 with suitable conditions as earlier proposed by undersigned vide note dated 27.01.2026, pls.
