The industry was visited by AEE of this office on 30.01.2026 and it was observed as under: -
1. The industry was not in operation during visit.
2. The industry has provided an Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP); however, the components installed are inadequate and of smaller capacity than those specified in the feasibility report submitted by the industry.
3. The industry has provided the designated room for the storage of ash.
4. The industry has not provided brick paving at movement area of vehicles.
In view of above, the industry is still not complying with the provisions of the Water act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981. Therefore, if approved, the application of the industry may be returned.
