Sir, the point wise reply to the observations is as under:
1. The total no. of farm houses/ plots in the project is 26 (15 person/plot) and waste water generation is taken as 390 @ 135 lit./day which is 53 KLD and the Commercial plots is 6, Commercial Population is 37 @ 45 lit./day which is 2 KLD. Hence, the total waste water generation in the project is 55 KLD out of which Total Flow to STP is 44 KLD and the project proponent proposed to treat it in STP of capacity 50 KLD. Hence, the water calculation seems to be in order.
2. The green area proposed to be developed by the project proponent is 70498 Sqm (17.42 acres) and the waste water generation is only 44 KLD. Hence, the green area is sufficiently adequate to handle the load of waste water generation.
3. Further, the project proponent has submitted a written undertaking (copy enclosed) that the proponent is only selling plots (26 no.) of size 1 acre each to the users and all the construction and development work of the plots will be done by the end users individually. Thus, in view of above, the project proponent is not covered under the ambit of EIA notification 14.09.2006
