It is intimated that the HCF is 10 bedded.
Now, the hospital has applied for Fresh consent to operate under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 with requisite documents.
The hospital has deposited Rs. 3200/- vide UTR no. 134646600 dated 21.01.2026 & Rs. 5000/- vide UTR number 613985383 dated 27.01.2026 under Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 3200/- vide UTR no. 393037779 dated 21.01.2026 & Rs. 5000/- vide UTR number 665940022 dated 27.01.2026 under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, adequate upto 31.03.2031.
The project proponent has submitted Patanama of the land of the hospital.
The project proponent has submitted constitution of the Trust in the name of Shri Sanatan Dharm Sabha, Sultanpur Lodhi, District Kapurthala.
The hospital was visited by Er. Jaspreet Singh, AEE on 27.01.2026 and observed that:
1. The hospital having bed capacity of 10 as per certificate Submitted by the hospital. The hospital has made an agreement with Bio Medical Waste Treatment Private Limited, Pangoli Road, Pathankot for the treatment of bio medical waste generated at site.
2. The hospital has provided color coded bins at various locations inside its premises. The segregation was found proper.
3. The hospital has made arrangement for liquid waste treatment through Sodium Hypo-chloride solutions.
4. The hospital has provided needle shredders at various locations, which were found in operational condition.
5. The hospital has maintained record of bio medical waste generated & lifted to CBWTF. From the record it is clear that the hospital is regularly getting its Bio-Medical waste lifted to CBWTF.
6. The hospital has provided final room with lock and key facility for storage of Bio-Medical Waste.
Keeping the above In view, it is recommended that fresh consent to operate under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to hospital upto 31.03.2031 with suitable condition and special condition the hospital shall comply with general discharge standards and shall submit analysis report.
