• It is submitted that as per advice of Competent Authority, legal opinion has been taken from the Senior Law Officer of the Board. Copy of same has been attached by Er. Bhisam, AEE vide note dated 29.01.2026……………..
• As per legal opinion, the project is not covered under the ambit of EIA notification 2006 & its subsequent amendments and consents can be granted to the project proponent…………..
Keeping in view of above and legal opinion, if approved, the project proponent may be granted partial consents with suitable conditions as earlier proposed by undersigned vide note dated 01.01.2026 with additional condition that the project proponent shall ensure that the total built-up area of the project remains below 1,50,000 sq. m and built-up area of individual remains below 20,000 sq.meter. In case the built-up area of total project exceeds 1,50,000 sq. m or the built-up area of any individual plot exceeds 20,000 sq. m, the project proponent is bound to obtain Environmental Clearance as per the provisions of the EIA Notification dated 14.09.2006.......
