The industry has submitted the reply of SCN and has submitted that 1) That the industry has 1 no refinery & 1 no solvent plants equipped with ETP to treat Effluent generated. 2) That the ETP is complete with waste effluent storage tank-> graded Screen-Oil & grease separator->Primary Clarifier->up-flow aneorbic biological tank->primary tube-settler-> Biological Tanks->Secondary Tube-Settler->Pre filteration followed by Multi graded pressure dual filters. 3) That the industry got service of entire ETP & repair of Air Blowers. 4) That the industry has more than 3 Acres of Land for disposal of treated waste water from ETP. 5) THAT THE INDUSTRY HAS FBC Boiler of capacity 5 TPH & Thermopac with multi-cyclone as APCD with adequate common stack. 6) THAT THE INDUSTRY HAS FBC Boiler of capacity 5 TPH & Thermopac with multi-cyclone as APCD with adequate common stack. 7) That the Air Emission samples SPM 134 mg/m3 is within parameters. 8) THAT THE INDUSTRY HAS Boiler of capacity 121 TPH with multi-cyclone as APCD with adequate common stack 9) THAT THE INDUSTRY DISCHARGED ITS DOMESTIC EFFLUENT ONTO LAND FOR PLANTATIO AFTER TREATING THROUGH SEPTIC TANK. THE INDUSTRY GOT SERVICE OF THE ETP & REPAIR OF AIR BLOWER. KINDLY RE-SAMPLE THE TREATED EFFLUENT AGAIN WITHIN 2 MONTHS AGAIN. HUMBLY REQUESTED TO RENEW THE CTO UNDER AIR /WATER ACT WITH SPECIAL CONDITIONS IF DEEMED FIT PLZ.
As per the reply , it is recommended that RO be asked to revisit the industry to verify the reply of the industry and to report accordingly please.
