Sir ,The Competency to decide the case is lies with SEE. However ,the concurrence is require to restore the power supply is lies with Chairperson.
If approved, it is recommended that :
1.The industry may be granted Consent to Operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 for six months for manufacturing of Machine Screws @ 1.0 T/day by using MS Steel @ 1.0 T/day with suitable conditions as per Policy of the Board.
2. The supply of electricity available to the industry may be reconnect temporarily for six months, please |
