| Clarification Note: | The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under: 1. The industry has applied under old category. As such, it is required to apply under new category i.e. 175 - Tyre Pyrolysis Oil Industries-Applicable for advanced batch automated process / continuous TPO units. 2. The industry has not submitted the point wise compliance of previous consent conditions granted to it in an annotated form. 3. The industry has proposed to install 02 no. Pyrolysis Reactors; however, the purpose for installing these reactors has not been mentioned as there will be no increase in production capacity of the unit after installing the same. 4. The industry has not submitted any detail/feasibility report alongwith drawing of APCD to be installed with 02 no. Pyrolysis Reactors. 5. The industry has not submitted the compliance of SOPs framed for such type of units. As such, the industry is requested to remove the above said observations within 03 days, so that the application can be processed further. |
