Clarification Note: The application has been scrutinized, and the following has been observed: 1. As per the application form submitted by the Project Proponent (PP), the date of commissioning of the hotel is mentioned as December 2017. However, the PP has submitted a PAN card in the name of the hotel dated 24.09.2012, and the approved layout plan issued by the Executive Officer, Nagar Council, Barnala is dated 20.11.2009. These documents indicate that the establishment may have been set up prior to the commissioning date mentioned in the application. In view of the above discrepancies, the PP is required to submit documentary proof of the actual date of commissioning/commencement of commercial operations of the hotel, such as:Date of release of commercial electricity connection along with first electricity bill, Pre-GST registrations such as VAT/Service Tax registration certificate (if applicable),Water/sewer connection approval from MC/PWSSB, or Any other valid documentary evidence indicating the actual date of start of commercial operations. 2. Certificate/Resolution of partners regarding authorized signatory Keeping in view of the above, the PP is required to submit the requisite documents within 03 days positively, in order to further process the application.
