As discussed, the service station will discharge Wastewater from Process @ 8 KLD into sewer after treatment through ETP. Further, the project proponent has proposed to install 1 no. electric paint booth with adequate stack height of chimney and it will be closed from all side with inbuilt filters.The industry needs to obtain HWM authorization for 21.1 (paint Process wastes, residues and sludges ) aalonwith other categories (5.1,5.2 &35.3)
In view of the above it is recommended that the Consent to establish under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for 1 year as per suitable terms and conditions, please and with special condition that the industry shall obtain HWM authorization for category 5.1,5.2,21.2 & 35.3 before commissioning the unit. |
