Please peruse note of AEE....
In addition to the note of AEE, it is submitted that the total built up area of the plotted project is 53.431.82 sq. meters as per the approved layout plan attached in the application form, which is less than 1,50,000 sq. m. i.e. the project does not required environmental clearance....The site of the project is meeting the guidelines of the State Govt. for such type of units and the promoter has proposed adequate pollution control measures....
Hence, it is recommended for grant of CTE to the PP for establishment of a residential colony (plotted project) in an area of 10.568 Acres by providing 115 no. of residential plots & 04 no. of Commercial shops for a period of one year under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 subject to special conditions as proposed by AEE please.....
