In ref. to the query of the competent authority, it is submitted that the project was earlier granted CTE for domestic effluent generated @ 75 KLD to be treated in the common STP of capacity 3000 KLD to be installed by M/s JLPL and for the following disposal arrangment: "Treated wastewater @ 28 KLD shall be reused for flushing purpose by providing dual plumbing system in the project. Treated wastewater @ 19-6-2 KLD shall be utilized onto green/ horticulture area measuring 3455.74 sq.m. during the Summer-Winter-Monsoon seasons, respectively. Remaining treated wastewater @ 28-41-45 KLD shall be discharged into GMADA sewer through outlet of JLPL STP."
Further, the following conditions w.r.t. MSW disposal arrangements had been imposed in the CTE earlier granted to the project:
"11. The project proponent shall place adequate no. of bins outside its premises from where the Municipal
Solid Waste shall be got lifted.
12. The project proponent shall properly handle and manage the solid waste as per the provisions of the
Municipal Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016 and ensure that the solid waste is segregated into biodegradable and non-biodegradable components. The biodegradable component shall be treated by
providing mechanical composter 130 kg/day) to produce compost, which will be disposed of/reused in an
environmentally sound manner and the non-biodegradable solid waste shall also be disposed of in an
environmentally sound manner."
In consideration of the above; if approved, the validity of the Consent to Establish earlier granted to the project vide no. CTE/Ext/PBIP/SAS/2025/2502254724 dated 19.03.2025 having validity upto 31.01.2026, be further extended for anothery year i.e. upto 31.01.2027, subject to all terms & conditions as mentioned in the said CTE/ CTE Extension(s) granted to the project.
