The application of the industry has been scrutinized and it was observed that the industry was visited by Himani Goyal, AEE of this office on 10.02.2026 and was found violating the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and code of practice stipulated for such units. Accordingly, recommendations have been sent to higher authorities for taking appropriate action against the unit. As such, the matter is under process.
Thereby, this application for 'CONSENT TO OPERATE' of the industry cannot be considered at this stage. This application may be returned please. |
