The Project Proponent proposes to establish a new machining unit at Plot No. C-2, Focal Point, Phase I, Ludhiana for machining of forged parts @ 45,000 Nos./day with total project cost of Rs. 2567 lakhs and P&M of Rs. 1700 lakhs. Required documents including MOA, Board Resolution, project report, land documents and GLADA NOC have been submitted. The site falls in designated Industrial Focal Point as per Ludhiana Master Plan 2007–2031 and is permissible as per Board policy dated 30.04.2013.
Inspection was conducted by Er. Nitish Pushkarna on 04.02.2026. No machinery has been installed. Proposed activity is machining only. One DG set of 1250 KW with canopy and adequate stack is proposed. No trade effluent will be generated. Domestic effluent @ 20 KLD shall be treated in proposed STP and reused for flushing through dual plumbing. No discharge to MC sewer is proposed. Hazardous waste categories 5.1 and 5.3 will be generated and authorization shall be obtained before operation.
In view of the above, CTE under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted for one year subject to suitable and special conditions including dual plumbing and zero discharge to sewer.
