It is submitted that the industry has applied fresh consent to establish under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 under green category.

Fee Detail
The project proponent has submitted brief project report as per which the proposed project cost is Rs.3.18 crore. The project proponent has deposited Rs. 8900/- vide R no. 626281802 dated 19.02.2026 as NOC fee, which is adequate for 1 year.
Water Details
Trade effluent
There will be no generation of Trade effluent from the process. There will be generation of trade effluent from transit mixer of around 3.2 KLD which will be stored in a tank and reused in process. Hence there will be no discharge of any trade effluent.
Domestic effluent
Domestic Effluent There will be generation of domestic effluent of around 0.4KLD, which will be discharge to onto land for plantation after treatment in septic tank.
Air Details
Air Emissions :
There will be emissions from 3 nos. silo’s which will be provided with inbuilt bag filter system for containment of dust emissions. For containment of dust emission due to vehicular movement the sprinkling system will be provided.
The project proponent has proposed to install DG set of capacity 180 KVA with canopy and adequate stack height.
Suitability of site
The project proponent has submitted land use classification issued by DTP vide no. 157 dated 06.02.2026, as per which the site falls under Existing Industry Zone, MC Limit and FEZ zone.
The project proponent has submitted transfer deed executed on 15.04.2024 between Smt. Santosh Rani and Harpreet Singh.
The project proponent has submitted GST certificate as proof of proprietorship, as per which Sh. Harpreet Singh is the proprietor of the RMC.
Visit
The site of the project was visited by officer of the Board on 17.02.2026 and it was observed as under:
1. The site is a ready-mix concrete (RMC) unit.
2. The industry has not yet started the construction of boundary wall. The sit of industrial unit is surrounded by stone crusher/ screening plant.
3. The project has proposed to install 01 nos. of D.G set of capacity 180 KVA which is equipped with canopy and adequate stack height.
4. As the site falls under existing industry zone, thus the site of the industry is suitable for establishment.
Recommendations
In view of above, it is recommended that consent to establish under the provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted for one year with suitable conditions and additional conditions that:-
1. The industry will provide dust collectors with the cement and flyash silos and also hood followed by dust collector in the manual cement cutting section, if any.
2. The trade effluent generated from washing of transit mixers will be re-used in manufacturing of RMC and will not be disposed anywhere.
3. The industry will plant broad leaf trees around the boundaries to prevent dust emissions.
4. The industry will install automatic sprinklers over the vehicle movement area and raw material storage areas to prevent dust emissions.
5. The industry will dispose off domestic waste-water after septic tank onto land for plantation and will not dispose it unscientifically in any case
