It is submitted that earlier the consent to establish application was returned that the Unit has failed to submit the suitability report of the site. Now, the project proponent has again applied the expansion of consent to establish and submitted reply that they have already obtained CLU for the above Unit and also as the Maps are duly approved, and the Industrial Unit is registered under green category as per State Govt. The project proponent has not submitted the land suitability report. If approved, the application may be processed on merits based on the document submitted by the industry i.e. CLU. |
