On scrutinizing the application, following observations were raised:-
1. The project proponent needs to apply as per the new categorization of CPCB. 2. The project proponent has increased its project cost from 49.59 crore to 72.96 crore. The project proponent needs to clarify the increase in assets.3.The project proponent needs to submit late fees as the previous consent was valid till 31.12.2024. 4. The CA certificate submitted by the project proponent does not have UDIN.
Hence, the project proponent is requested to remove the above said clarifications and resubmit the application. |
