RO has recommended to grant short term consent and temporary restoration for Six months. However, EE ZO has overruled the RO recommendations and recommended for permanent restoration and long term consent for five years. His recommendations are endorsed by SEE ZO................Therefore, ZO to confirm and certify that ..........(A) the industry fulfills the protocol prescribed for permanent restoration as per circular issued by the Board and minimum samples as required have been collected after disconnection and qualified for restoration. Copies of such results to be provided....(B) the industry has complied with all the special conditions imposed by the Board while granting consent,,, compliance to be submitted in annotated form...(C) the industry has implemented all the recommendation proposed by the PSCST and certificate from PSCST to this effect....(D) The industry is complying with SOPs proposed.....(E) The issue of black smoke observed during the visit of Chairperson of the Board is addressed now and all corrective measures .......(F) copy of office order which permits permanent restoration on the basis of private lab results........ |
