EE RO has submitted that the HCF has granted for consent to establish (NOC) under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 for the establishment vide no. H24NWS723815 dated 18.10.2024 valid upto 17.10.2025 for Hospital 75 No. beds. Now, the HCF has applied for extension of consent to establish under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 for 75 beds. The HCF has deposited Rs. 5000/- vide R.no. 49777337 dated 03.02.2026, which is adequate upto 17.10.2026. The HCF has submitted site plan, Feasibility report of STP for capacity of 35 KLD, copy of Jamabandi, Partnership deed, Project Report, Request for extension of CTE, Letter for connectivity of sewer line with common STP plant from EO, M.C Nawanshahr. The HCF was visited by Er. Arshpreet Kaur, AEE on 12.02.2026 and observed as under: 1. The construction work of basement is completed and the structure alongwith frame work of ground floor is under progress. 2. The construction work of STP is not yet started. 3. The HCF is under construction stage and nothing of it has been commissioned till date.
In view of above as recommended by EE RO if approved extension in consent to establish (NOC) under the Water Act, 1974 and AirAct, 1981 may be granted upto 30.09.2026 with suitable terms & conditions and with special condition that: 1) The HCF shall install STP, so as to achieve the prescribed norms for discharge of treated effluent as per Bio Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016 and shall submit its revised feasibility of STP within 1 month. 2) The project proponent shall submit water extraction permission from concerned Department. 3) The project proponent shall not to operate its unit without consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. 4) The project proponent shall obtain necessary permission from the concerned department.
