The project is a group housing project, consisting of 126 flats and is located in Janta Township, Sector 90-91, SAS Nagar and it has obtained environmental clearance under the EIA notification dated 14.09.2006.......
There will be generation of domestic effluent @ 75 KLD, which will be treated in the Common STP of a capacity of 3000 KLD to be installed by the JLPL, out of which STP of 1250 KLD had already been installed. The disposal arrangements of treated domestic effluent and MSW are given in the note of EE, ZO-1 dated 02.03.2026.......
Submitted for approval of above for grant of extension of NOC upto 31.01.2027, subject to suitable conditions, please.
