Please give the reply of following observations:-
1. RO has collected the effluent samples during visit on 12.02.2026, however, the analysis results have not been incorporated inspite of repeated requests in the similar cases in past.
2. Elaborate the green buffer of 15 m towards the air polluting industry.
3. PP has also developed plantation area as per Karnal Technology in an area of around 4.5 acres at a distance of approx, 500m from the project site. What is the mode of disposal of treated effluent on this land.
4. The dual plumbing arrangements for reuse of treated domestic effluent @ 47 KLD has not been mentioned in the report.
5.. No comments have been given on the compliance of conditions of environmental clearance to the project.
