The details of the application is enclosed in agenda note. As such, it is recommended that the Consent to Establish/NOC for expansion under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted for one year for the manufacturing of Auto Parts @ 49 Metric Tonnes/Day by using M.S Scrap/Raw Scrap/Pig Iron @ 51 Metric Tonnes/Day as raw material, subject to suitable conditions as per policy of the Board and additional conditions mentioned in attached note please. |
