It is submitted that the industry has installed CCTV camera facing towards fuel storage area and same has not been faced towards fuel feeding and chimney side. Further the industry is doing practice of manual feeding and energy meter is yet to be installed.
In view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for the shorter period to check the above said compliances with suitable terms and conditions.
