| Clarification Note: |
The case has been considered by the Competent Authority and accordingly following observations have been raised:-
1. The project proponent is required to submit report from Municipal Corporation, Amritsar whether they have adequate capacity in its STP to handle the additional load from the hotel.
2. The project proponent is required to submit permission from Municipal Corporation, Amritsar for dispose off its effluent into public sewer.
3. The project proponent is required to submit the proposal for complying with Punjab Pollution Control Board/CPCB guidelines framed for hotel industries in 2021 (copy attached).
It is requested to clarify above said points.
