In compliance of decision number 03 of personal hearing issued to the Hospital before the Senior Environmental Engineer, Zonal Office, Jalandhar on 23.02.2026, the hospital needs to apply for varied consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and under the Air Act, 1981. Therefore, this application is hereby returned and advised to re-apply the same as per directions given in the personal hearing to the hospital. Further, the option to return the application is not available with the undersigned. Please provide the same. |
