While processing the case it was observed the following discrepancies:
1. The industry has not submitted the detail of assets increase in CA certificates from the certificate submitted during last consent granted to it.
2. The RO has not submitted the status of Bank Guarantees.
3. RO has not submitted whether plantation is adequate with respect to effluent generated.
4. Kindly process the case after receipt of analysis report.
5. The compliance of EC and SAC conditions granted to the industry.
6. The RO has not reported about the ODAMS/CCTV cameras installed and connectivity with the server.
7. The pointwise compliance of special conditions issued in the last consent.
If approved, RO may be asked for the pointwise compliance of above said observations.
