The unit is a Large-Scale Red Category dyeing industry in Focal Point connected with CETP 40 MLD having consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and under the Air Act, 1981 both valid upto 12/02/2026 for the manufacturing of DYEING OF POLYESTER/ACRYLIC FIBRE/WASTE/WOOL TOP/YARN @ 1050 Kgs/day DYEING OF POLYESTER FABRICS/CLOTHS @ 8325Kgs/day LAMINATED/COATED FABRIC @17000Meter/day FINISHING OF FABRICS @20T/day.
Now the industry has applied for Varied CTO under Water Act, 1974 for DYEING OF POLYESTER/ACRYLICFIBER/WASTE/WOOL TOP/YARN @ 1050Kgs/day DYEING OF POLYESTER FABRICS @ 11750 Kgs/day LAMINATED/COATED FABRICS@17000Meter/day FINISHING OF FABRICS @ 20T/day and finishing of fabrics @ 20 TPD with increase in trade effluent discharge from current 360KLD to 488KLD into the conveyance system of CETP and domestic discharge @ 12 KLD into CETP and also applied for varied CTO under Air Act, 1981 for 2 no.s DG sets of 630KVA and 250 KVA with acoustic canopy and adequate stack heights.

1. Status of installation of extra machinery for enhancing production .
2. CETP member units are restricted to 80% effluent generation whether same is complied with .
3. Achievements of revised emission standards for common stack of boiler and thermopack wrt type of fuel .
4. Whether application needs to be re applied for existing capacity
