It is submitted that consent application under Water Act, 1974 of the subject cited industry is under process of the Board and has not been approved yet. As such the present Air consent application of industry has been kept pending even after approval. As both the applications contain cases of consent to operate applications unde the both Acts as well as Directions u/s 33-A of the WA and u/s 31-A of AA for restoration of electric connection, therefore same have to be decided simultaneously. ...........
