The Regional Office has submitted detailed report w.r.t. application of the unit.
In addition to the report of RO; it is brought out that the unit had obtained In Principal Approval under the Punjab Right to Business Act, 2020 dated 24.04.2025 valid upto 23.10.2028.
Additionally, the unit has submitted its building plan approved from Competent Person approved under Factories Act, 1948, as attached.
In consideration of the above facts and the report/ recommendations of RO; if approved, the Consent to Operate under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 be granted to the unit upto 30.09.2031, subject to suitable general and additional conditions.
