The application of the project proponent was scrutinized, and it is observed as under:
1. The project proponent has applied fresh ‘Consent to Operate’ under the category “ORANGE / 2097-Infrastructure development projects not covered under EIA notification.”, which is not in order. The industry is requested to apply in the new category of “10.1 Building construction project ≥ 20,000 sq. m. built-up area”.
2. The project proponent has proposed to discharge its treated wastewater into MC sewer. However, the STP Derabassi is already under capacity and the project proponent cannot be allowed to discharge its treated wastewater into MC sewer. Kindly provide adequacy certificate from MC Derabassi.
3. As such, the project proponent is required to give adequate alternate disposal arrangement for treated wastewater.
4. The project proponent has not submitted approved building plan under the Factories Act, 1948.
5. The project proponent has submitted a copy of proof of date of commissioning i.e. GST registration certificate, date of liability is 27.09.2024. However, the project proponent has not deposited Penalty and NOC regularization fee.
6. The project proponent has not mentioned the built-up area in the application form.
Kindly clarify within 03 days.
