Sir, the industry has submitted undertaking that the NOC may be granted upto 30.09.2026 as they hope that the project will be commissioned by this time (copy enclosed). Keeping in view of above it is recommended that the consent to establish/NOC for Development of Commercial colony in the name of 'Elite City Square' having 99 no. Commercial Shops & 12 no. Booths for disposal of Domestic effluent @ 70.5 KL/day land for plantation to be developed under karnal technology in a land area of 0.25 acres (located outside its premises) and to be re-utilized for flushing purposes by providing dual plumbing line may be granted to the project proponent upto 30.09.2026, with suitable conditions and special condition that the PP is bound to abide by the provisions of Master Plan.
